About Our Company
Our Mission
HealthBridge was created to provide timely, expert and accessible occupational health support without the delays and rigid structures often found in traditional services.
Workplaces have changed significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic. Remote working, digital healthcare and the need for fast, flexible advice have become the norm. Yet access to occupational health has not kept pace.
We identified a gap: employers and individuals needing clear, clinically sound guidance, particularly in non-safety-critical roles, without long waiting lists or logistical barriers.
HealthBridge offers remote, video-based assessments delivered securely and efficiently across the UK. Our reports are straightforward, medically robust and designed to support practical decision-making in real workplaces.

The Founder
Dr James Stanley (GMC 7285162) is a UK-trained General Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience across both NHS and private sectors.
He has held partnership roles in general practice, developed new service areas and developed a focused practice in occupational health, providing employers and employees with clear, evidence-based advice.
HealthBridge was founded in response to the increasing delays and inefficiencies often seen in occupational health pathways. Dr Stanley’s aim is to offer a service that is clinically rigorous, responsive and human-centred.
His approach balances medical insight with a practical understanding of organisational needs. Whether advising HR teams or supporting individuals, he focuses on clarity, timely decision-making and realistic recommendations that help people move forward.
HealthBridge also works with trusted affiliates in areas such as mental health, neurodiversity and musculoskeletal care, ensuring clients can access broader specialist support where needed.

All assessments are GP-led, fully remote, and delivered with clear written reports in plain language. Every referral includes an agreed scope of questions before work begins. No hidden extras, no surprises.
Standard Occupational Health Assessment
£325
Our core service, covering the full range of everyday workplace health needs. One hour remote consultation with a full written report delivered within 3-5 business days.
Includes cases involving:
-Return to work following absence
-Fitness for role evaluation
-Sickness absence review
-Reasonable workplace adjustments
-Mental health and stress at work
Complex Case Assessment
£450
For cases requiring extended clinical input, additional reporting, or more sensitive handling. Report is still delivered within 3-5 business days.
Applies where a case involves:
-Neurodiversity assessment
-Contested or long term absence (3+ months)
-Multiple overlapping health conditions
-More than 8 referral questions submitted
Additional Services
£125/Hour
Covers a range of support beyond the standard assessment, including:
-HR advice calls for guidance
-Policy reviews
-Supplementary reports
-Follow-up consultations to review progress
This rate also applies where the scope of a referral grows beyond what was originally agreed, something we always flag and confirm with you before any additional work begins.
Priority Assessment Turnaround

Fast-tracked report delivery within 48 hours of the consultation and subject to employee consent being obtained. This is for when urgent decision-making is needed.

A comprehensive overview of all assessments conducted over the year, useful for monitoring trends and workforce wellbeing.
